RETURNS:
We have a 5 day return policy. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, a 3% restocking fee will be applied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from VALKYRIE Archery Systems.
RETURN SHIPPING:
To return your product, please call or email our office for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All returns must be approved.
VALKYRIE Archery Systemsis not responsible for items damaged due to inadequate packaging.
For OUT-OF-WARRANTY repairs and returns customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning product to VALKYRIE Archery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If VALKYRIE Archery Systems is reimbursing shipping costs no Next Day, Second Day or 3-Day Select is reimbursed, GROUND SHIPPING ONLY.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 days, feel free to call our office for status.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Products sold by VALKYRIE ARCHERY SYSTEMS may be subject to export controls administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce or the U.S. Department of State and require an export license to be shipped outside of the United States.
