For 60-Pound bows, a 28” Arrow will be 445-475gr and 19-20%FOC
This is with black Aluminum Centerpin sleeves and 180-200gr heads.
The Centerpin System consists of 2 parts, a Centerpin Sleeve, and a Centerpin head. The Centerpin sleeve (outsert) glues permanently over the front end of the shaft (approx. 3/4”-1” depending on the model). The Centerpin heads all have the Centerpins built-in, they slide down inside the sleeve/shaft (approx. 2” depending on model) and screw into the sleeve. This combination fortifies the front end, and helps maintain concentricity of broadheads with the axis of the shafting. For Micro Diameter shafting, the Centerpin System is the simplest, strongest, most accurate screw-in system available. (Watch the Centerpin video)
Yes, the Centerpin System is designed for almost all Micro Diameter shafting with an Inside Dia. of .165”-.167”, and outside diameters up to .256”. Examples: Victory VAP(all series), BlackEagle (ximpact, deep impact, instinct), GoldTip pierce(all), Easton pro comp, injexion, 4mm. Element storm.
No, the Centerpin sleeves only accept Centerpin heads, they are not compatible with the standard screw-in heads. It is a completely modernized screw-in system for the new micro diameter shafting.
Our broadhead is designed for zero impact failure (no bending or breaking on heavy bone impacts) and creating an 18%+ forward of center (FOC) arrow. (see video) No more stuffing idle weight inside your arrow, our head and component designs make the additional weight work for you, it not only increases your FOC and mass weight but with the Centerpin heads the extra weight actually makes your front end stronger. Building heads with thicker blades and tough ferrules also means head longevity, they will last you many seasons.(as long as you don’t lose them!)
